My Vacation Rental Units

Numbers 1 and 2-
Ground floor, smaller rooms, with combination kitchen,
eating area, and a living/sleeping area, Air-conditioned,
TV, VCR, and a
Queen Bed.

Number 3 -
This is an air-conditioned first floor efficiency that features
a Queen Bed, Pull-Out Sleeper
Couch, Full Kitchen, and a tub/shower.

Number 4 -
A Queen Bed and a Double Bed are in this first floor, One
Bedroom, apartment. This room is separated from
the Full Kitchen/Living Room
combination by an archway. The living room
also has a Pull-Out Sleeper
Couch for additional guests! The Bathroom features
a good sized shower.
Also, there is a nice view of the Gulf through
the bedroom window!

Number 5 -
The Waterfront, 2 Bedroom Apartment, is also on the second
floor. Each Bedroom has Queen Beds, plus, the Enclosed
Porch sleeps
Two More on the Trundle Bed. The Spacious Kitchen/Living
Room combination
makes for an enjoyable time. A Shower/Tub is featured
in the Bathroom.
The Deck is off the Enclosed Porch, and faces the Courtyard.
This has
a great Direct View of the Beach, and the Gulf!

Number 6 -
A Queen Bed and a Double Bed are also in this second floor
One Bedroom apartment. This room is separated from the
Full Kitchen/Living
Room combination by a Hallway. This room also has a Pull-Out
Sleeper
Couch for additional guests! The Bathroom also
features a good sized
Shower. From the Hallway you will find a Doorway that
opens to a Small Deck.
From there you will have Wonderful Views of the John's
Pass Bridge, and a
Beautiful South/Westerly Scene of the Gulf. These
same Views are also
seen from the Living Room Bay Window.

Cable TV,
and a VCR .

Located on a Quiet Section of the Beach, you can see
many
Boats (Power and Sail) entering and leaving the Gulf
through John's Pass.
Also very close on our Beach, at John's Pass Inlet, there
is a newly
constructed Jetty, where you can Fish, Walk, or just
Sit and Relax and
watch those Incredible Sunsets!
